awaitingezra asked: Don't be! :) If this is your confirmation appointment all they'll do is make you pee in a cup and then draw blood. You'll go back the next day for more blood work to make sure the hCG levels are good. At your first prenatal appointment, they'll start checking for protein in your urine, and they'll do a family history of both your family and the father's family. If you don't know the date of your last period, they'll most likely do an internal ultrasound. Every doctor varies, but you'll be okay!
I went! It was basically like a yearly exam and they asked me and Dad a million questions and took blood. Not bad at all! Thank you!

awaitingezra asked: Thanks for the follow! :) the mumblr (tumblr mommy) community is awesome, so if you ever need anything just ask! I know you are nervous about telling your parents/family, but in the end you will do what is best for you and your little family! Good luck with everything!
Thank you so much! And I finally told my parents and they were upset, but not mad. They have been through this themselves. I’m more nervous about my first appointment tmrw :/

If it’s a boy: William Harris & we’ll call him Liam. William is my brother’s name and Ian’s dad’s name. And Harris is his middle name that had been grandfathered in.
If it’s a girl: Marley Monroe & we’ll call her Marley :) Ian picked out Marley and I picked out Monroe. I think both are for obvious reasons.

youmeandbabyb asked: I was absolutely terrified when my husband and I (we were only dating at the time) found out we were pregnant. It will work out <3 I promise and I'm here to listen
You have honestly just made my day! Thank you so much

I think the one thing that stresses me out the most about this unplanned pregnancy is that I don’t have money for a baby and the insurance company is telling the ob/gyn something different than they are telling me. I just want to cry. I’m not an emotional person, but since I have found out, two and a half weeks ago, I have cried every single day. This is too much.
